Festool Cordless impact TID 18-Basic 576479

The NEW TID 18 Impact driver from Festool is small, compact and light. The driver is just under 3 lbs, which makes work easier even in hard to reach areas. However, don’t be fooled by the size and compact design. The TID 18 is a powerful tool with 1593 in-lb of torque. The driver also offers an extremely powerful brushless EC-TEC motor with three speed levels that go up to 3200 rpm and a T-mode for controlled work with self- driving screws.

The T-mode is a great setting for drilling through sheet metal, installing metal siding, metal roofing and other applications because it provides high speed going through metal and drops down to continued drilling into wood. The T-mode starts at 3200 rpm and drops down to 750 rpm, so the screws are not stripped.

Other Features:

Standard 1/4″ bit holder easy to install and remove.

Magnetic holder on the side, which allows easy access to bits

LED light allows you to work in dark areas

Adjustable belt clip
